From Article Four: Board of Directors
"The affairs of the corporation shall be managed by its Board of Directors. Directors may be residents of the State of Arizona and must be a member, in good standing, of the Arizona Fiduciaries Association, Inc.
The number of directors shall be eleven (11). The term of office for directors shall be three (3) years. Directors shall be elected at a designated meeting of the membership. The term of office shall be staggered, with at least three (3) directors being elected at the annual meeting of the membership.
