Beyers, signed an Administrative Directive suspending licensed fiduciaries’ obligation to complete continuing education requirements for the June 1, 2018 through May 31, 2020 licensure period until December 31, 2020. Additionally, the Arizona Supreme Court has issued Administrative Order 2020-65 addressing a licensed fiduciary’s visitation requirements, a copy of which can be found HERE.
