Planning for the AFA 2022 Spring Conference has centered around In Person education & networking, including the opportunity to again visit with Sponsors & Exhibitors – our colleagues who help to support our CEU Information The 2022 Conference will be eligible for a total of 11.00 CEUs (6.0 on Thursday and 5.0 on Friday). Final ethics credit units are still being calculated, however, a minimum of 3.0 will be available for in person attendees each day. COVID-19 Protocols The safety and welfare of our attendees, exhibitors, members, and team is our priority. AFA is actively monitoring the incidence of COVID-19 and is following the guidance of the CDC plus local Maricopa and Arizona health departments regarding large gatherings, including CDC recommendations on preventing the spread of COVID-19. To lower risk to participants, we strongly encourage all persons who wish to attend the AFA Annual Training Conference to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Face coverings are welcome for all attendees. As a reminder, anyone feeling sick or displaying symptoms of COVID-19, or who has been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, should refrain from traveling and attending the conference. For members who are unable to attend the conference in person, AFA is offering a virtual component. All general sessions and one of each of the concurrent breakout sessions will be live streamed via Zoom Webinars. Virtual participation in the LIVE events is required to receive CEU credit. Virtual attendees are not eligible for raffle drawings or daily registration rates, however recordings of sessions will be available to all virtual attendees. |
