Jeanette Bloss, President

Jeanette has proudly served the Tucson community as a paralegal for over twenty-seven years, specializing in the area of probate and estate planning law. Jeanette has assisted attorneys with many areas of probate law including the drafting of estate planning documents, and all matters pertaining to guardianships, conservatorships, trust administrations, and the administration of decedent estates. She also has experience litigating probate and trust matters, establishing conservatorship estates for special needs individuals receiving a civil cash award, and pursuing individuals who have exploited or neglected a vulnerable person. Jeanette's legal experience and knowledge is a valuable asset to her clients and enables her to not only work efficiently with the court system, but to strongly advocate for her clients.

Julie is Co-Owner and Director of Care Coordinators Inc. She is a Licensed Fiduciary with the State of Arizona and a National Certified Guardian.  Julie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.‚Äč Julie has over 20 years of experience in the fiduciary industry and 12 years in the banking industry.

Nicole is a Partner and Vice President of Business Operations at Condit and Associates, LLC. She is a licensed fiduciary in the state of AZ and a National Certified Guardian. She has over nine years of experience in the fiduciary industry.

Jason Cobb
Compass Fiduciary Group

Jason Cobb is the Principal Fiduciary and the co-owner of Compass Fiduciary Group, LLC. He is a graduate of Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology. During his studies, he focused on the development of children and adults with special needs and the therapeutic effects of sensory integration on children with Autism and Down’s syndrome. Jason has over 19 years combined fiduciary and financial management experience and is proud of his company’s culture of service and protection over Arizona’s vulnerable populations. He is the Immediate Past President of the Arizona Fiduciaries Association and has served on the Board for Gompers and as a Public Member on the State Bar of Arizona Board of Governors.

Jeanne Drabiak
Compass Fiduciary Group

Jeanne Drabiak is partner and co-founder of Compass Fiduciary Group, LLC.  She graduated from The University of Akron majoring in Sociology and minoring in Community Services Technology.  She worked with the homeless, the disabled, and elderly populations and later served on the Board of Directors for the Battered Women’s Shelter of Summit and Medina Counties in Ohio.  After moving to Arizona in 2008, she focused her career in the fiduciary industry. With over 20 years of service to vulnerable populations, Jeanne is a committed, sincere advocate for the community.

Lamar Harner
RLH Fiducary, LLC

R. Lamar Harner is a Certified Fiduciary in the State of Arizona and started his private fiduciary firm, RLH Fiduciary, in 2011. He has been appointed as a conservator, guardian, trustee, personal representative and special investigator and has continuing appointments in these roles He was a Contract Accountant for the Maricopa County Probate Court Accountant’s Office, from June 2009 through June 2014 for which he reviewed annual accounts submitted by conservators and made recommendations to the Court.  Lamar is a Certified Fraud Examiner and Certified Public Accountant with over twenty-five years of experience in forensic accounting and fraud examination. He has also served the Court as a Special Master and as a Receiver in various matters and has testified as an expert witness on numerous financial issues. Lamar has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Arizona State University and speaks conversational Spanish.

Christopher Leas
Reliance Fiduciary

Christopher Leas is a Partner & Director of Estate Services for Reliance Fiduciary. Chris began his fiduciary work in 2016 as a solo practitioner and supervises all aspects of services provided by Reliance Fiduciary. In addition, Chris works closely with other professionals such as CPAs, Geriatric Care Managers, Financial Advisors, Fiduciaries, and other specialists to ensure an overall health and financial well-being for a client. Chris graduated from University of Phoenix and obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Previous to becoming a fiduciary, Chris has worked as a paralegal for an attorney in the Probate Court. Chris also worked for a number of years on an emergency ambulance as an EMT for Southwest Ambulance and proudly served as an Amphibious Assault Vehicle Operator in the United States Marine Corps during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Chris brings both his medical skills of being an EMT, the discipline and dedication of being a Marine, and knowledge of Probate from being a paralegal to his fiduciary services

Coy Vernon
Childers & Coventry

Coy Vernon is licensed fiduciary, board member of the Arizona Fiduciary Association, principal, and Director at Childers and Coventry, LLC. As a licensed fiduciary, Coy supervises C&C’s Health Service Advocates, accounting review, asset management, budgeting and sustainability for wards/estates, investment account review, vendor approval, in addition to his duties as a partner at the firm. Coy also assists Childers and Coventry’s Health Service Advocates in areas such as client relocation, coordination of delivery of property to clients, as well as assistance with client recovery, care management intervention and client stabilization when necessary. In one such case, Coy travelled to Central America and successfully, located, managed medical treatment to stabilize the client for travel, coordinated all travel with medical flights, negotiated with customs and embassy personal to obtain approval to leave Central America and for re-entry to the U.S. without the clients passport, and safely returned the client to U.S. soil for further treatment. Coy is an alumnus of the University of Arizona, an active Real Estate Agent, has attended trust administration courses at Cannon Financial institute at Pepperdine University, and is a licensed contractor in the state of Arizona.
