"Early" registration rates will be in effect March 1st through April 2nd, with options to attend both days or one day only - Thursday or Friday.

"Standard" registration rates begin April 3rd ending April 30th. 

After May 1st, "At The Door" rates will go into effect.


Continuing Education

Full Conference attendees can expect to earn 12 hours of CE credit, including 3.75 Ethics credits on Thursday.
            
   One day only attendees can expect to earn 6 hours of CE credit.

The AFA has secured room discounts and has committed to a room block for the best conference rate possible.

Materials in Dropbox

Bring your tablets, laptops, iPads, etc.!

We are excited to announce that all presentation materials will be available for access during the conference in the AFA Dropbox.  The link will be emailed to you prior to the conference.

If you require a paper copy instead, you can purchase a copy for $45 on the registration page.



Refund Policy

Full refunds will be available (less 5% for credit card payment registrations) through April 20th.

50% refunds will be offered April 21st through April 30th. 

No refunds can be made for cancellations received on or after May 1st, as our event logistics, food and beverage orders, and all equipment rentals will be placed on that date according to expected attendance.  However, substitute attendees are welcomed and encouraged.
