    For the first time, the Arizona Fiduciaries Association & Arizona Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys are proud to announce a Joint Conference for Elder Law & Estate Planning Attorneys and Fiduciaries in the state or Arizona.

     Plan to arrive Thursday afternoon to attend the Contested Conservatorship Mock Trial and Opening Reception. The conference will be eligible for 5-7 hours of continuing education credit for Licensed Fiduciaries and Attorneys.

    This conference is open to all attorneys, fiduciaries and professionals in the elder or estate law or guardian\conservatorship profession.

    Registration Fee Discounts are Available for AFA & AzNAELA Members.

    Please note, attendees must attend in person to receive CEU credit.
    There are no options to attend virtually.

    Plan now to join us for a special interactive pre-session that will provide attorneys and fiduciaries with a rich opportunity to simulate real-world legal proceedings and explore the complexities surrounding a conservatorship dispute. Participants will take on various roles, including attorneys (for the petitioner and the opposing party), the proposed conservatee, witnesses (who can testify to the conservatee's capabilities and needs), and the judge of course! Ethics credit pending.

    This exciting collaboration between the Arizona Fiduciaries Association (AFA) and the Arizona Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (AZNAELA) will take place at Tucson’s Loews Ventana Canyon. There will be a pre-session on Thursday afternoon, September 25th, followed by an Opening Reception, with a full-day conference scheduled for Friday, September 26th.

    Sponsors and Exhibitors are invited to the Opening Reception/Networking event on Thursday evening. Exhibit tables will be set up around the general session hall throughout Friday. The final schedule is yet to be finalized. At a minimum, Sponsors and Exhibitors will have the continental breakfast, lunch, and 2 breaks during Friday the 26th for display time.
