We appreciate your interest in and support of the Arizona Fiduciaries Association. We hope that you find the Association site a useful resource for your practice. Continue to check back often for for educational opportunities, designed to provide continuing education credit for Arizona Fiduciary License holders; industry resources; and news and announcements regarding opportunities and benefits offered to our members. Jason Cobb

Jason was elected at our annual membership meeting in March, 2015.

He is the Principal Fiduciary and the co-owner of Compass Fiduciary Group, LLC. He is a graduate of Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology. During his studies, he focused on the development of children and adults with special needs and the therapeutic effects of sensory integration on children with Autism and Down’s syndrome.

Jason has over 13 years combined fiduciary and financial management experience and is proud of his company’s culture of service and protection over Arizona’s vulnerable populations.

Jeanette Bloss

Nicolle Escalante

Nicolle M. Escalante is a licensed fiduciary serving as an Estate Administrator with Childers & Berg. In her role, Nicolle is responsible for the multifaceted case management of twenty plus clients and estates.  Nicolle works effectively on complex matters and is able to identify and fulfill their fiduciary needs.

Nicolle holds an Associate of Arts Degree in Accounting and is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
Before joining Childers & Berg in 2011, Nicolle worked for thirteen years in a diverse range of industries, including the CIT Group (accounting), Safeway Accounting Service Center (grocery), and two other professional fiduciary firms.

During Nicolle’s tenure in fiduciary practice, she served as the main point of contact for all financial institutions, set up all client operating accounts, and developed great rapport with many financial institutions. Nicolle’s varied background in accounting and previous fiduciary experience provided the perfect foundation for her current role.

Nicolle enjoys working out, hiking, and new adventures with her children.
