Jeanette Bloss

Jeanette has proudly served the Tucson community as a paralegal for over twenty-seven years, specializing in the area of probate and estate planning law. Jeanette has assisted attorneys with many areas of probate law including the drafting of estate planning documents, and all matters pertaining to guardianships, conservatorships, trust administrations, and the administration of decedent estates. She also has experience litigating probate and trust matters, establishing conservatorship estates for special needs individuals receiving a civil cash award, and pursuing individuals who have exploited or neglected a vulnerable person. Jeanette's legal experience and knowledge is a valuable asset to her clients and enables her to not only work efficiently with the court system, but to strongly advocate for her clients.

Jesssica Zahcary

Jessica was born in the Midwest and has spent most of her life in Iowa.  She obtained her undergraduate degree from Central College in Pella, Iowa. She earned her law degree from Drake Law School in Des Moines, Iowa.  She moved to Phoenix, Arizona in 2013, where she practiced law in the private sector for two years.  She then moved to Flagstaff, Arizona and worked as a Licensed Public Fiduciary for two years.  Jessica began working for the Navajo County Public Defender's Office in July, 2017, where she handlesfelonies and misdemeanors for both adults and juveniles.  She is dual licensed to practice law in the State of Iowa and the State of Arizona.  She is also a licensed fiduciary in the State of Arizona.

Nicolle Escalante

Nicolle M. Escalante, is a Partner & Director of Accounting Services at Reliance Fiduciary, LLC. Nicolle began working in the fiduciary field in 2008 where she quickly saw the need to assist our vulnerable community. Before joining Reliance Fiduciary in 2017, she worked for fourteen years in a diverse range of industries, including the CIT Group, Safeway Accounting Service Center, and three other professional fiduciary firms.

Her varied background in accounting and previous fiduciary experience provided her with a strong basis to effectively carry out a wide scope of fiduciary responsibilities. Nicolle is committed to ensuring the highest standards of ethics in every aspect of her fiduciary capacity.

Nicole Cundiff

Nicole is a Partner and Vice President of Business Operations at Condit and Associates, LLC. She is a licensed fiduciary in the state of AZ and a National Certified Guardian. She has over nine years of experience in the fiduciary industry.
