President Kathryn Blair is a licensed fiduciary and has served as the Director of the Yavapai County Public Fiduciary since 2018. Kathryn holds a Juris Doctorate degree from the Whittier College School of Law in CA. Prior to relocating to AZ in 2016, she had an extensive career in the compliance sector of the financial services industry. Kathryn is also a member of the National Guardianship Association, the AHCCCS Behavioral Health Planning Council, and is an adjunct instructor in the paralegal studies program at Yavapai College in Prescott, AZ. Vice President Deborah Gilliland is a licensed fiduciary in the state of Arizona and a National Certified Guardian. She graduated Cum Laude from Grand Canyon University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. She is a member of the Arizona Geriatric Society and National Guardianship Association. She has dedicated the past 16 years to advocating for those with developmental disabilities, serious mental illness, and for vulnerable adults. She is family oriented and enjoys spending time with her grandchildren. Treasurer Ann Marie Lander is licensed fiduciary and National Certified Guardian with Salt River Pima Maricopa Indian Community. She worked for 6 years in the Maricopa County Public Fiduciary office after 11 years of working in the private fiduciary sector. Shortly after joining the Public Fiduciary’s office, she joined the management team in efforts of educating the new and aspiring fiduciaries. Ann has extensive background working with all vulnerable populations, ranging from cases of exploitation, the elderly population, SMI populations, and the DDD population. Prior to her fiduciary experience, Ann worked in non-profit community-based programs advocating for seniors to maintain independence as long as possible. Kallie Knight | Certified Fiduciary Services, Inc. Kallie has over 25 years of experience as an Elder Law Paralegal in Arizona, with a career focus in Probate Estate & Trust Administration and Litigation, Guardianships, Conservatorships, Estate Planning, Financial Exploitation and Elder Abuse. She previously worked with some of the most respected attorneys in the valley before making her transition to CFS in 2018. Kallie attained her fiduciary license in 2022 to further her deep-rooted commitment to the work we do and the people we serve. She holds an active fiduciary license, is a board member of the Arizona Fiduciaries Association and an active member of the National Guardian Association and the Maricopa County Bar Association’s Paralegal Division, Estate Planning, Probate & Trust Sections. Kallie was recognized by the Arizona Fiduciaries Association as the 2025 recipient of the Rising Star of Excellence Award for showing exemplary promise and service as a licensed fiduciary.

Tara joined CFS in 2014 as an Account Administrator. She became a licensed fiduciary in 2018, transitioned to Principal Fiduciary in 2020, and Partner in 2022. Additionally, Tara became an Enrolled Agent in 2019, exemplifying her love of taxes. She studied Accounting at Arizona State University and Rio Salado College. Tara has 15 years of experience in the accounting and banking fields, and several years of experience in the fiduciary industry with a focus on trust administration, forensic accounting, financial management and taxes. She holds an active fiduciary license and is a member of the Arizona Fiduciaries Association. Tara Lowman-Rojas joined the Maricopa County Public Fiduciary in August of 2018 as a Fiduciary Trainee. She became a licensed fiduciary in 2020 and served in multiple roles, including Probate Administrator and Fiduciary Supervisor, before moving into her current position as Fiduciary Manager. Before entering the fiduciary practice, Tara worked in residential, clinic, hospital, and community settings with those impacted by mental illness, substance use, and unstable housing. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology Summa Cum Laude from Arizona State University. In addition to her work as a licensed fiduciary, Tara is passionate about dogs, fermented foods, plants, and transformative justice. Daniel Roberts |Coventry, Vernon, & Roberts, LLC Daniel is a Partner and Director for Coventry, Vernon, & Roberts, LLC, a private fiduciary firm in Maricopa County. As a licensed fiduciary, Daniel leads our team in all aspects of estate administration in addition to his duties as a partner of the firm. Before joining the firm in 2021, Daniel worked for 20+ years for a diverse range of organizations, including Honeywell International, Intuit, and Rural Metro Corporation. Daniel is a father of six children, a Certified Public Accountant in Arizona, and holds Master in Business Administration from W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. Daniel’s varied background and leadership in accounting, finance, taxes, and real estate provided the perfect foundation for directing the estate services at the firm. |
