Charity Taylor-Antal has worked as a non-profit and public relations executive for over fourteen years. Prior to her tenure with the Arizona Fiduciaries Association, Ms. Antal served as the Vice President of Marketing and Communications for Image Microsystems. As the former executive director for the American Cancer Society in northern Arizona, she managed and mentored a volunteer and staff team of over 200 members strong, directed fundraising, public relations, educational , advocacy and operational objectives.

Ms. Antal also directed an outreach program at Northern Arizona University where she was responsible for youth and diversity initiatives, educational outreach programs, as well as fundraising, grant writing and external affairs. It was at NAU that she developed a Hispanic mother/daughter program call HOY! designed to encourage junior and high school girls to pursue higher education.

Ms. Antal develops and facilitates strategic public relations and marketing campaigns for various private clients. She also facilitates professional development and training workshops for both the private and public sector and is a certified facilitator of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator instrument and the IBM Team Pak units. She writes for several publications including REO Magazine, Desert Living Magazine, Parents, and several local Arizona newspapers. Ms. Antal is a member of the Public Relations Society of America and a volunteer for Phoenix Children's Hospital.

Ms. Antal holds a Bachelors of Science in Public Relations and Organizational Development from Northern Arizona University and is currently completing her Masters Degree at Arizona State University.

Cathy Yoshida-Corella has been with the Maricopa County Public Fiduciary (MCPF) since July 2007. She works as an Estate Administrator dealing with the conservatorship and probate estates administered by the Public Fiduciary's office. She previously worked for Childers & Berg, LLC as an estate administrator.  Her past experience includes work as a licensed professional realtor for 10 years with Century 21, and as a financial/accounting administrator for 12 years in Arizona and Virginia.  Cathy believes in giving back to the community and regularly volunteers at the ASU Lifelong Learning Center and has donated her time to the West Valley Child Crisis Center and Glencroft Retirement Center.

Cathy earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies and a Graduate Certificate in Gerontology, both from Arizona State University.  She completed the Arizona Supreme Court’s Fiduciary Certification Program and has been a certified fiduciary since 2005.

Don is a Certified Fiduciary (CF) and a retired U.S. Air Force officer. He graduated from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in 1979 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation Management. Don also completed a Masters Level Certificate of Accountancy from Arizona State University West in 1996. Since retiring from the Air Force, where he held command level assignments in Special Operations and Air Force Intelligence, Don has worked as a staff accountant with a local CPA firm, for Bank One, and with a major private fiduciary firm in the Sun City area. Then, after two years as the sole proprietor of Fiduciary Support Services, Don and Jane formed Childers & Berg, LLC in July 2003, serving the Northwest Valley area. Don is exceptionally skilled in financial management and serves as the Court Appointed Conservator, Personal Representative and Trustee.

Lyndi Anderson is a native Tucsonan, a graduate of the University of Arizona with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, a Master’s in Public Administration - Long-Term Care, and Certificate of Gerontology.

She is an eldercare consultant with more than 28 years experience caring for the needs of seriously ill family and friends, and over fifteen years as a professional care provider.  Her experience and training include caring for patients and families coping with chronic health care concerns, Alzheimer’s Disease, those facing difficult end of life decisions, as well as hospice and bereavement support.

As a licensed administrator, she has managed the operations, programming, staffing, training and services of adult day health care, assisted living and skilled nursing centers.  She has counseled numerous patients, caregivers, families and professionals on the eldercare service options available to meet their needs.

She is familiar with the requirements of insurance providers, Medicare and Medicaid (ALTCS in Arizona), and other community resources. Her knowledge and experience in navigating the systems and creating solutions will help you make informed decisions especially tailored for your client or loved one’s specific needs.

Heather Winters Bull has over thirteen years of experience in the fiduciary and trust business. Ms. Bull is currently serving the vulnerable community as a Contract Probate Court Accountant for the Maricopa County Superior Court. Ms. Bull also acted as Vice President of a prominent fiduciary company for over seven years. Heather Bull holds a Bachelor Degree from Northern Arizona University and has been an Arizona Supreme Court Certified Fiduciary since 2001. Heather is currently a member of the Arizona Fiduciaries Association, Inc. Board of Directors. She is also a member of the National Organization for Albinism and Hypo-pigmentation, the Foundation for Blind Children and she served as a Board Member of Human Services Professionals. Heather has also been a volunteer for the Association of Retarded Citizens and has been a lifetime supporter and volunteer for the Special Olympics. In 2009, Ms. Bull was the recipient of a Community Spirit Volunteer Award from Valley of the Sun School.

Robert Fleming is the author of The Elder Law Answer Book, now available from Panel Publishers. He is a fellow of both the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. He has been certified as a Specialist in Estate and Trust Law by the State Bar of Arizona’s Board of Legal Specialization, and he is also a Certified Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation. Robert is a member of the State Bar of Arizona (he was President of the Young Lawyers Section in 1978, Chair of the Probate and Trust Section in 1992, and Chair of the Mental Health and Elder Law Section in 1999), the Pima County Bar Association (he was President in 1986) and the Arizona Women Lawyer’s Association. Robert is also a member of the Special Needs Alliance, the premier national organization of lawyers working with “special needs” trusts, and the Elder Law Alliance, an elite national group of ten lawyers with a common interest in improving the practice of elder law.

While serving as the Pima County, Arizona, Public Fiduciary (the Tucson area’s public guardian’s office), Robert was one of the litigants in the Arizona Supreme Court case of Rasmussen v. Fleming, which established the right of incompetent patients (through their guardians) to refuse life-sustaining treatment when there is little prospect of recovery. He has also been actively involved in reviewing care at the Arizona State Hospital, and served as Chair of the City of Tucson’s city retirement plan for eight years.

Robert also enjoys antiques (particularly Mission and Arts and Crafts styles), scuba diving, and computers.

Denice R. Shepherd has been practicing and litigating in the areas of personal injury, probates, guardianships, conservatorships and elder law for more than 20 years. Shepherd is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), and the Arizona Fiduciaries Association, Inc.

Shepherd is a Certified Fiduciary and has provided fiduciary services since 1994.

She has served on the executive board for the Mental Health and Elder Law Section of the State Bar of Arizona and has been a speaker for that section on numerous occasions.

Shepherd served as a Judge Pro Tempore for various courts from 1987 to 2004. She has also served as a disciplinary hearing officer through the Arizona Supreme Court disciplinary section since 1999.

A transplanted Arizonan from the San Fransico Bay area but now considered a semi-native after 30 years, Peggy has been in the field of social services since her arrival in Tucson in 1974. She received her Bachelors in Social Work from California State University in Sacramento with post graduate work at Arizona State University and has had a varied career in criminal justice, hospital administration. community organization, and case management prior to entering the field of fiduciary practice.

For the past ten years Peggy has been with Care Coordinators, Inc. a private fiduciary practice and geriatric care management company serving Pima County for over 20 years. In January 2006 Peggy, along with her partner, Julie Brogna, purchased Care Coordinators from founders Robin Fuller and Dolores Rusnak.

Peggy is also a partner with VN Media Group/Xtep Records which has recently released it's second jazz album by Synergy Quartet, "Later" featuring grammy award artist Bill Evans, Paul Wertico and Harvie S. An aspiring jazz bassist herself, she enjoys playing jazz, blues and funk!
