The Arizona Fiduciary Association, Inc. collects no personally identifying information about individuals except when specifically and knowingly provided by such individuals. In addition, the Arizona Fiduciary Associations Web servers may place a "cookie" on the hard drive of a user's computer. It enables  the Arizona Fiduciary Associations Web servers to manage communications between the server and the browser and may be used to store the Arizona Fiduciary Association Membership information provided by individuals.

All E-mail addresses maintained by the  Arizona Fiduciary Association contain the names of people who voluntarily communicated with or requested information from the Arizona Fiduciary Association.
