The Arizona Fiduciaries Association is pleased to offer our 2008 Summer Workshop, "Hot Issues and New Legislation Affecting Your Practice," on Friday, July 18, 2008 at the Radisson Woodlands Hotel, in Flagstaff, AZ. The workshop will cover new and emerging rules and legislation on the Arizona Probate Rules; HB 2836: Guardian and Conservatorship Fees and Termination; Uniform Adult Guardianship and Protective Proceedings Jurisdiction Act; and Changes to the Arizona Trust Code.
