Ms. Price, Entrust Fiduciary Services, Inc.'s Principal Fiduciary, has always been passionate about elder issues. She was raised in Yuma where she worked as a Certified Fiduciary in Private Practice for several years. She has extensive experience in guardianship, conservatorship, probate matters, long term care, and geriatric issues. Upon obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Northern Arizona University in 2000, Ms. Price relocated to Texas where she worked as a Certified Paralegal for a firm specializing in tax, corporate, and estate planning matters. Her accomplishments while in Texas include serving as a consultant to the Texas Guardianship Advisory Board and serving as the program monitor for the Texas Task Force on Indigent Defense, where she was responsible for ensuring compliance with $27 million in grants to Texas’ 254 counties.
Ms. Price is a member of the Arizona Fiduciaries Association (AFA) and is currently serving as the President of the AFA Board. She served as the President of the Yuma County Aging Council, Inc. and is a member of the National Guardianship Association and the Arizona Geriatrics Society. Most recently Ms. Price was elected to serve on the Board of Directors for the Hospice of Yuma, a non-profit hospice organization. Ms. Price was honored to be invited as a presenter at the First Annual Canadian Conference on Elder Law and provides presentations to many local organizations on the importance of end-of-life planning and the prevention of elder abuse, neglect and exploitation.
