POSITION SUMMARY: 
Nationally innovative certified fiduciary audit program needs an individual interested in protecting the public and assisting certified fiduciaries with statutory and administrative code compliance.  This individual will perform statewide compliance audits of certified fiduciaries including public, priviate and non-profit individuals and organizations.

Primary functions are to conduct compliance audits of certified fiduciaries; act as the initial contact point and respond to inquiries with fiduciaries, public, judicial officers and court administration; develop the policies and procedures for compliance auditing; initiate the procedural plan for compliance audits including the fieldwork, questioning parties, gathering and securing information, review court files and fiduciary files using auditing techniques; perform audit sampling and data collection; prepare and present audit findings reports; conduct required fiduciary "certificate holder responsibilities" trainings.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
We are looking for a bachelor's degree in public administration, accounting, finance or related field and 5 years of experience in auditing, compliance or fiduciary fields.  This individual must have the ability to work independently and display good judgment in highly stressful situations with minimal supervision, critical analysis skills, computer experience using Microsoft, ability to organize and manage a multitask workload and effectively meet deadlines.  Our preferred knowledge is of case management, policy issues and court procedures with a master's degree in public administration, accounting, finance or related field.

Travel level: Up to 25%

SELECTION PROCESS:
Some positions may take 4-6 weeks to fill.
